Each pipe in this series reflects Nørding’s philosophy of shaping briar according to its natural grain, resulting in a distinctive piece that feels both sculptural and functional.

This example features a striking plateau-style rim with rugged texture that highlights the natural edge of the briar block. The upper bowl displays a vivid red contrast stain, allowing the flame grain to shimmer beneath the polished surface, while the lower portion transitions into deep black rustication—a signature element of the Rustic series that adds visual depth and excellent grip.

The bowl carries a subtle forward cant, giving the pipe an energetic stance while maintaining comfortable balance.
