Return/Refund Policy:
If an ordered item is out of stock, we will offer an exchange or a refund at your choice.
Returns: We will accept returns on a case by case basis within 30 days of purchase. We will accept discretionary returns only if the item has been unopened. In these instances, please email us to arrange a return. We will give you a refund or an exchange, at your discretion.
International Return/Refund Policy:
International Returns Marked “Refused” or “Unclaimed”: If you refuse to pay your local duty or tax, and the carrier bills us for the unpaid charges, we will subtract this amount and any return shipping fee from your return credit once the order is back. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office or abandoned. There will likewise be no refund for damaged products on return orders that are marked “Refused” or “Unclaimed.” We reserve the right to charge a 10% restocking fee for any international order that is returned to us because it was refused or unclaimed. The original shipping fee is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse refunds for damaged or unsalable merchandise if you refuse the package or the package is refused by customs. We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee on all other international returns where we consider the reason for return to be outside of the normal course of business.
For economy shipping, once the package leaves the United States, the customer will take full responsibility, and we assume on risk. For standard shipping with full tracking, if a package has no status updates after departed from sorting hub for more than 3 months, a customer may send us a missing package search request. If the logistics service partner finds your package, they will send it to the address you provided. If the package is deemed as lost, we will refund the value of the merchandise in form of store gift cards for future use. Please note it may take up to 3 months for logistics service providers to search for a package. One account may have up to two refunds every twelve months.

邮寄中国大陆
邮寄方式:
目前我们提供3种邮寄方式到中国大陆:经济型,标准型,超经济型(特定重量区间)
经济型和标准型的区别:
经济型离开美国后理论上不会再有状态,虽然有时候会有全程追踪
标准型默认全程追踪,邮寄速度也相对快一些
包裹追踪和赔付:
经济型包裹追踪号以U开头,因为是有限追踪,离开美国后我们和物流都无法查到状态,所以也就无法进行赔付。以后我们将不再回复关于U开头的包裹查询。
标准型包裹追踪号以R开头,大包以C开头,默认全程追踪。具体赔付措施:
- 离开美国之前出现任何问题,我们会全权负责。
- 离开美国之后:
- 如果超过1个月没有状态,请与我们联系,我们和物流公司会帮忙查询。
- 如果超过3个月没有状态,请与我们联系,我们和物流公司会进行调查,如果无法追踪到,我们会进行赔付。每位客户每12个月最多赔付2单。
- 如果到达国内,已经有了追踪状态,如果包裹出现无法投递的状况,请与当地中国邮政联系。
