The Nording Signature Smooth 2 showcases Erik Nording’s recognizable freehand style with a sculptural, organic bowl form and a light natural briar finish that lets the wood character remain fully visible. The bowl carries soft honey-blonde tones with subtle swirling grain, birdseye-like figuring, and small natural dark specks visible across the surface.

The pipe has an asymmetrical freehand profile with broad hand-shaped panels and sweeping lines from the heel through the shank. One side displays a handwritten-style E. Nording signature, while the underside is stamped Hand Made by Erik Nording. Near the rim and front of the bowl, the smooth finish transitions into a darker natural plateau/burl section, adding contrast and texture against the pale briar.
