Caldwell Blind Man’s Bluff Habano Magnum (Box of 20)

The cigar that started the line, first shown in 2015 and built from grade A and B leaf only — San Vicente from the Dominican Republic and Honduran Criollo ligero, bound in Honduran Criollo under an Ecuadorian Habano wrapper.

It smokes medium, with allspice at the front, a nutty middle, and a sweetness that keeps returning. Balanced rather than loud, and the benchmark the Connecticut, Maduro and Nicaragua editions are all measured against. Boxes of 20. At a 60 ring the filler leads and the smoke turns cooler and sweeter.
