The Signature 6000 is the robusto of Davidoff’s Signature line. At 5 inches with a 48 ring gauge it is a little slimmer than a typical robusto, and Davidoff credits the format with one of the biggest smoke outputs of any Signature size.
It is handmade in the Dominican Republic and finished in a silky, shade-grown Ecuadorian wrapper with minimal veins, over a Dominican binder and a filler of Dominican and Ecuadorian tobaccos. The compact shape holds more of the well-aged filler, which gives the smoke its density while the strength stays mild.
Davidoff describes a 30 to 45 minute smoke with elegant woody, earthy aromas and a particularly creamy finish. Barley, toasted wheat and oak open the first third, cream, brown sugar and floral spice fill the middle, and cedar, dried fruit and black pepper carry the end. Davidoff suggests an aromatic milk coffee alongside. It is offered here as a box of 25, a pack of 4 or a single cigar.

The Signature line traces back to 1968 and its predecessor, the Davidoff Classic, whose cigars were finished with a pigtail at the head, a detail that set Davidoff apart at the time.
