Davidoff · Winston Churchill Collection
The Late Hour Churchill
A full-bodied tribute to Sir Winston’s evenings, and the longest format in The Late Hour Series, built for the hours after sunset.
The Tasting Journey
A complex, dynamic smoke with full body throughout, deepened by whisky-cask aged tobacco in the filler.
First Third
The Foot

It opens with bold black coffee, backed by worn leather and a warm spice.
Second Third
The Body

The middle deepens into leather, dark chocolate and cream, with a sweetness carried by the whisky-cask aged leaf.
Final Third
The Head

The finish turns intense, with black pepper and oak over a clear note of malt.
The Blend
A dark, oily Ecuadorian wrapper covers a multi-origin blend. Two Nicaraguan leaves from the volcanic soils of Condega and Estelí add spice and depth, and the Condega visus leaf is aged in Scottish first-fill single malt whisky casks. The long format cools the smoke well from start to finish.

Cigar Pairing
With a Dark, Spicy Rum
Davidoff pairs the Churchill with a heavy, spicy rum that is not too sweet. A drink with that much character stands up to the cigar’s coffee, leather and pepper instead of being lost under them.
Cigar Story
For the Hours After Sunset
Sir Winston Churchill’s days ran from early morning into the small hours. After leading an empire, negotiating at dinner tables and in conference rooms, he often wrote his famous speeches and books late at night, frequently with a cigar.
The Late Hour Series is Davidoff’s tribute to those evenings: an intense, multi-origin blend meant for the hours after sunset.
