The Late Hour Robusto
The compact format of The Late Hour Series: full-bodied and intense, for a shorter evening smoke.
The Tasting Journey
Full body from start to finish, with a complex profile, a dense white smoke and a long, elegant finish of oak.
First Third
The Foot

Black coffee comes first, joined quickly by leather and spice.
Second Third
The Body

Leather, dark chocolate and cream take over, sweetened by the whisky-cask aged leaf.
Final Third
The Head

The finish brings black pepper and malt, with oak lingering long after.
The Blend
A shiny, oily Ecuadorian wrapper in a dark chocolate shade covers a multi-origin blend. Nicaraguan leaf from Condega and Estelí adds spice and depth, and the Condega visus rests in Scottish first-fill single malt whisky casks before rolling. The compact shape and wide ring gauge concentrate it all into a shorter, more intense smoke.

Cigar Pairing
With a Dark, Spicy Rum
Davidoff pairs the Robusto with a heavy, spicy rum that is not too sweet. A drink with real character holds its own against the cigar’s coffee, leather and pepper.
Cigar Story
For the Hours After Sunset
Sir Winston Churchill’s days ran from morning into the small hours. After leading an empire and negotiating at dinner tables and in conference rooms, he often wrote his famous speeches and books late at night, frequently with a cigar.
The Late Hour Series is Davidoff’s tribute to those evenings: an intense, multi-origin blend meant for the hours after sunset.
