Peterson Pipes Churchwarden Rusticated (D17) Fishtail

There is something quietly ceremonial about a Churchwarden — the sweeping length of stem, the bowl held low and away, the smoke arriving soft and cool. Here it carries the D17, one of Peterson’s classic D-series Churchwarden bowls — a comfortably long example of the line.

Peterson’s rustication wraps the bowl in tactile, chiselled texture over a warm walnut stain. An Irish-made briar Churchwarden with a black vulcanite fishtail stem and no filter — well suited to the smoker after a classic Peterson Churchwarden for slow, contemplative bowls.
