The Watson takes its name from Dr. John Watson, Holmes’s loyal companion and chronicler, and like every pipe in Peterson’s Sherlock Holmes line it is an oversized Rhodesian with real presence in the hand.

A deep rustication is worked rough across the bowl, with a sterling silver band hand-set at the shank — Peterson’s hallmark silverwork.
