Peterson Pipes Deluxe System Dark Smooth (5s) P-Lip

There is a sculptural ease to the System Calabash, its forward-tilting bowl rising from a rounded base into Peterson’s signature trumpeting bell line. In the 5s, the shape reads as a comfortably mid-sized take on the form. At its heart is Charles Peterson’s patented System: a moisture well sunk into the base of the shank that traps condensation for a markedly cooler, drier smoke.

The Dark Smooth finish bathes the bowl in a rich, dark walnut contrast stain, the grain glowing through from beneath. The shank wears a generous band of hallmarked sterling silver, set by hand in the Peterson workshop. A jet-black P-Lip stem finishes it, sending the smoke gently up and back as Peterson intended.
