The 207 is a curiously English straight apple for an Italian maker, its squarer bowl leaning Italian where bowl meets stem. Porto Cervo gives it a dark, rugged look.
A craggy rustication wraps the briar in burgundy-tinged darkness, accented by brass, walnut highlights, and a jet-black stem with a 6mm filter. A handsome, bold apple.
