Sébastien Decoppet, originally from Switzerland, ventured to Danlí, Honduras in his early twenties and cultivated ties with prominent cigar producers such as Adin Perez of the San Judas Tadeo factory and the Plasencia family. Immersed in the world of cigar making, he mastered the detailed craft of blending and rolling. This knowledge led to the founding of Cavalier Gèneve cigars, with a unique touch from his wife Eylin, who designed the brand’s signature logo—a diamond made from 24K edible gold leaf that adorns many of Cavalier’s wrappers.

Launched in 2022, the Inner Circle series serves as an invitation to the essence of Cavalier Gèneve. The series features a Nicaraguan Habano wrapper from Jalapa, complemented by a Honduran Habano binder from the Jamastran Valley. Its complex filler is a blend from four countries: Piloto Cubano from the Dominican Republic, Nicaraguan Habano from Jalapa, Honduran Broadleaf from Jamastran, and Pennsylvania Broadleaf from the United States. Each cigar is meticulously hand-rolled in Cavalier’s Honduran factory, embodying a gateway to the brand’s rich heritage and craftsmanship.
